One of the most acclaimed Batman stories is going to be released as a rated-R animated adaptation. Batman: The Killing Joke, with Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill, will world premiere at Comic-Con International in San Diego- most likely at Preview Night. It will be release on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital HD to follow later in the year.

I hope it’s not presented on Preview Night. I’d rather it was shown on the usual night for animated premieres. Why? Because (a) It’s the main reason we’re returning to SDCC and (b) we don’t have Preview Night passes.

There was a few years there when they would do their WB animated premieres on Preview Night. Guess we’ll see- hope you get to catch it.
