It’s time to reveal my Comic-Con cosplay project for this year! With my love for Doctor Who and my love for Comic-Con, I combined these past and current Warner Bros Swag Bags…
…to make this!
A HUGE thanks to my friend Michael Lew of Faces Apparel for his amazing suit designing skills. This may have been my idea, but Michael’s magic is what made this project possible. Not only is he a great guy, but his non-profit empowers migrant clothes industry workers all throughout Asia. These pics were taken by fellow Comic-Con nerd, Jon (aka @Joits). Thank you brother!

This is brilliant! :DDDDDDDDDD
That’s awesome Love the ingenuity and Doctor Who is my whole reason for attending.
I knew you were making something like that. LOVE it! Love that you basically did a photo shoot for it. How’d you get this year’s bag already? LOVE the sonic screwdriver!
Thanks! In regards to the bags, I have my connections 😉
Great job!
well done Nice Jacket Creativity with swag bags
Top notch! 🙂
epic
Very Cool Tony. I’ve seen girls create a skirt out of them but never a men’s dress jacket! Nice! BTW, I enjoyed your article in KA. What a tremendous insight into you and your family. I met you at Wondercon 2 years ago but never knew. I guess I never figured someone with a wife be it kids, would be allowed to spend so much time on this Comic Con deal. Man, my wife and famiily barely leave me enough time to go to Comic Con be it keep up a site on it. Kudos.
That is pretty darn cool! If only I was as creative! Have fun!
Amazing work, Tony! I feel like you’ve already won this year’s Comic-Con!
Ha ha- Thx 🙂
What there is a winner?! Awesome, I’d love to be that 😉
Nice.
Jaw-dropping, Tony! I really like it. But won’t it be a bit…warm?
It looks awesome! Congrats on a successful cosplay and hope to see you walking around the floor so we can take pictures together!
For sure! Thanks!
Love being part of this project and thanks for this opportunity. Michael, Faces Apparel.
Looks great, Tony! love all the poses! nice to know you have a future in modeling if you want to!
Amazing Tony!! My guess for your ‘costume’ was quite on the spot!
Dude, that is STUNNING. Kudos!
Great role model of how recycling/reusing material can be really cool. Great job.. Will you post on how you did it?
Totally awesome and inspiring!
I was in a cab, on the way to the airport, and saw you walking toward the convention center and was screaming your name out the window but you didn’t hear me! Haha fantastic suit, I love seeing what people do with their swag bags.
Ha ha- sorry! Thanks 🙂
