  1. Trade pro badge confirmed. Hotel check. Airplane ticket from Toronto to SD check. Now to finish my superhero novel. Starting to feel my solar cells recharge.

  2. I also recommend sunscreen for the day waiting in the sun. Especially for those Dr. Who fanboys who are camping out before the con starts. Also, the cushion they sell at REI that deflates and rolls up into the size of a coke can is worth it’s weight in gold. It keeps you tushy from pain if you are on the concrete and from getting wet if you are on the grass. Also, for those times you can’t shower but want to refresh under your costume, I recommend body wipes. You can also use rubbing alcohol on a tissue or paper towel ( kills bacteria). Another key thing is gum. You probably can’t brush as often as you’d like, but sugar free gum will help. I’ve had A LOT of experience waiting in line and having a mophie really saved the day. It charged my smart phone 2.5 times!
