The Aquabats Super Comic-Con Show at House of Blues
The Ghost Busters would be a lot cooler if they had started a rock ‘n’ roll band. Meet The Aquabats, a crime-fighting, all-surfing rock ‘super group’ that travels in a customized Winnebago to bring music to the people while protecting all of humanity. This is a serious description. The Aquabats Super Comic-Con Show is taking over House of Blues on Saturday night, starting at 7:30pm. Tickets start at $18. houseofblues.com

If SDCC does it again, don’t forget the food trucks like 1/2 a block away. The food was really good had a good variety and was decently priced.
Oh yea, those are awesome! Thanks for reminding me.
Whats the parking situation going to be like on the Saturday of Comiccon for the Aquabats show? I’m a little nervous
Very, very bad. Unless you consider parking in Tijuana bad? Most of the prepaid will already be full. If you are desperate you can try parking at a hotel for about $30-40 a day. Or you can park farther out and take the 20 min tram ride in. Either way, plan for it to take some time.
Do you think it would still be bad for the Kevin Smith show to follow? Its my first year going.
It will be absolute madness. Plan for extra HOURS when it comes to parking/transportation/navigating a thick crowd of thousands and thousands. I’d recommend parking at Old Town and taking the trolley in.
Yea, I’ve done that before. Parking is nuts over the weekend. Thanks!
