On the verge of cancellation, NBC’s The Cape inspires a new breed of vigilante crime fighters. Sure they might sound silly, but leave it to NBC solid sensibilities and quality storytelling to usher in the next generation of heroes. Oh yea, remember Heroes?!?! *sigh*.
Thanks to NBC, the nerd quest for legitimate superhero stories is a ‘two step forward and one step back dance’. Let’s hope the next incarnation is a step forward.
